LoRa Based Wireless Weather Station

This research creates a weather station prototype using LoRa wireless technology. The internet of things (IoT) system is supported by LoRa, networking technology an alternative to existing communication modules such as GSM modules, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (BLE). network used extend the range cells, allowing them reach distances up 10 kilometers while consuming very little power. End devices can be connected hundreds nodes single cell. Temperature, humidity, air pressure, rain detection, wind speed are among data that monitored. Atmega 328 microcontroller, DHT11 sensor, BH1750, BMP180 ESP32, module, solar panel, web application all included in prototype. number end device created one cell three. As consequence, will able work correctly. With several types sensors attached, this has potential applied both urban rural locations. Data collected from then stored into Firebase real-time database, cloud-hosted mobile developed MIT App Inventor show conditions particular region android phone.
